Return Policy
At www.desitorque.com, we are committed to providing our customers with the highest quality products and services. We understand that sometimes things may not work out, which is why we offer a 5-day Return/Replacement policy.
Time Frame for Returns/Replacements:
Our policy allows for returns or replacements within 5 days of receiving the product. If 5 days have passed since you received the product, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
Return/Replacement Conditions:
We accept returns or replacements for the following conditions:
Different Product/Color: If the product or color you receive is different from what you ordered, you can request a return or replacement. Please contact us within 5 days of receiving the product.
Manufacturing Defect: If the product has a manufacturing defect, you can request a return or replacement. Please contact us within 5 days of receiving the product.
Please note If you wish to return a product for reasons other than those stated above, you may do so at your own expense. This means that you will be responsible for paying the forward and reverse shipping charges for the return of the product.
Please note that we can only accept returns or replacements if the product is in its original condition and packaging, with all tags and labels attached.
How to Return?
- Customers must contact [email protected] or WhatsApp 7290072373 prior to initiating any return.
- Return pickup will be arranged by DESI TORQUE™ through its courier partner, subject to service availability at the customer’s location.
- If return pickup service is unavailable, the customer shall be responsible for securely packing and shipping the product back using a courier service of their choice (India Post recommended).
- In cases where the customer arranges return shipping independently, it is the customer’s responsibility to ensure proper packaging to prevent damage during transit.
- Products damaged, lost, or tampered with during return transit will not be eligible for a refund or replacement.
- The return shipping address is: Plot No E 94, Sec 2, Bawana DSIDC, Delhi-110039.
- Customers are advised to use a reliable and trackable courier service (India Post recommended).
- DESI TORQUE™ shall not be responsible for non-receipt of returns sent via untracked shipping methods.
- Refunds or replacements shall be processed only after the returned product is received, inspected, and found to be compliant with the applicable return policy.
- DESI TORQUE™ is not liable for any damage, delay, or loss occurring during return shipment.
When i will receive refund?
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment or may ask your bank details to deposit the refund amount. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
