Desi Torque™ – Return Policy

1. Eligibility

  • Returns are accepted only if the product is:
    • Damaged during transit
    • Defective or incorrect item delivered
  • No returns for products that have been used, installed, or tampered with.

2. Timeframe

  • Customers must initiate a return request within 5 days of delivery.

3. Process

  • Email us at contact@desitorque.com with your order ID.
  • Send us clear pictures and a video showing the defective/damaged part of the product.
  • Once verified, our team will approve the return and share the return instructions.

4. Return Pickup

  • If our courier partner is available in your area, we will arrange for return pickup.
  • If return pickup is not available, the customer must send the product via India Post.
  • In such cases, the reverse courier charges will be refunded (only if sent via India Post).
  • If the customer uses any other courier service, reverse shipping charges will not be refunded.

5. Non-Returnable Items

  • Customized or clearance-sale items.
  • Products damaged due to improper handling or installation by the buyer.
