Approved refunds will be processed via the original payment method (Credit Card, UPI, Net Banking, etc.).
In some cases, we may request your UPI ID or bank account details for manual transfer of the refund amount.
2. Processing Time
Refunds will be initiated within 2–3 business days after receiving and verifying the returned product.
Depending on your bank/payment provider, it may take additional time to reflect in your account.
3. Shipping Charges
If the customer returns the product using any courier other than India Post, reverse shipping charges will not be refundable.
4. Replacement Option
If eligible, customers can opt for a replacement instead of a refund (subject to stock availability).
5. Undeliverable Orders
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect/incomplete address, repeated delivery attempts failure, or refusal to accept delivery, we will refund the order amount after deducting forward and reverse courier charges.
