Yes, returns and replacements are accepted if the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect. Requests must be raised within 5 days of delivery. Replacement is subject to stock availability and courier partner replacement serviceability. If replacement is not possible, a refund will be issued (if eligible).
Yes, our products come with a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects related to leakage. The warranty is strictly applicable only to genuine product faults. It does not cover damages caused by mishandling, improper installation, accidents, dents, paint issues, or intentional/forced leakage.
