We offer FREE shipping on all orders across India. For Partial COD orders, COD charges may apply.

Orders are usually dispatched within 1-2 business days. Delivery typically takes 3-7 business days depending on your location.

Orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. Once shipped, forward and reverse courier charges will be deducted from any refund. Order modification is only allowed before shipping.

If the courier is unable to deliver your package due to customer mistakes such as wrong address, rejecting the parcel, or not responding to courier calls, the order will be returned to us. In such cases, forward and reverse courier charges will be deducted from your refund.

Our products are aftermarket and not OEM, but they are built with premium quality CRC sheet and raw materials, ensuring durability and reliable performance.

Yes, returns and replacements are accepted if the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect. Requests must be raised within 5 days of delivery. Replacement is subject to stock availability and courier partner replacement serviceability. If replacement is not possible, a refund will be issued (if eligible).

Yes, our products come with a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects related to leakage. The warranty is strictly applicable only to genuine product faults. It does not cover damages caused by mishandling, improper installation, accidents, dents, paint issues, or intentional/forced leakage. Any attempt to tamper, modify, or deliberately damage the product will void the warranty immediately.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link on your email and WhatsApp. You can also check the status anytime by logging into your account and visiting the Order Details page on our website.
