Desi Torque™ – Return Policy
1. Eligibility
- Returns are accepted only if the product is:
- Damaged during transit
- Defective or incorrect item delivered
- No returns for products that have been used, installed, or tampered with.
2. Timeframe
- Customers must initiate a return request within 5 days of delivery.
3. Process
- Email us at contact@desitorque.com with your order ID.
- Send us clear pictures and a video showing the defective/damaged part of the product.
- Once verified, our team will approve the return and share the return instructions.
4. Return Pickup
- If our courier partner is available in your area, we will arrange for return pickup.
- If return pickup is not available, the customer must send the product via India Post.
- In such cases, the reverse courier charges will be refunded (only if sent via India Post).
- If the customer uses any other courier service, reverse shipping charges will not be refunded.
5. Non-Returnable Items
- Customized or clearance-sale items.
- Products damaged due to improper handling or installation by the buyer.
