We ship across India through trusted courier partners.
Currently, we do not offer international shipping.
2. Processing Time
Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation.
Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
3. Delivery Timeline
Delivery time is calculated after the product has been shipped.
For Delhi/NCR orders, delivery usually takes 2–3 days.
For other locations, estimated delivery time is 3–7 business days.
Remote and rural areas may take longer.
4. Shipping Charges
Standard shipping charges may apply and will be displayed at checkout.
Free shipping may be offered during special promotions.
5. Order Tracking
Once shipped, tracking details will be shared via Email/WhatsApp.
Customers can also view their order status in the “My Account → Orders” section on our website.
6. Order Cancellation by Desi Torque™
In rare cases where we are unable to fulfill an order (due to stock unavailability, supply chain issues, or other reasons), we reserve the right to cancel the order.
In such cases, the full order amount will be refunded to the customer.
7. Delays
Delays due to unforeseen events (strikes, weather, courier issues, or government restrictions) are beyond our control.
You may cancel your order anytime before it is shipped.
A full refund will be issued to your original payment method (or via UPI/Bank transfer if required).
Cancellations After Shipping
Once the order is shipped, cancellation requests will be treated as a return.
In such cases:
Forward courier charges (sending the parcel to you) and
Reverse courier charges (return shipping) will be deducted from the refund amount.
Non-Cancellable Orders
Orders placed during special promotions, clearance sales, or customized items may not be cancellable once confirmed.
Order Modification Policy
Once an order is placed, details such as product selection, shipping address, or contact information cannot be modified after the order has been shipped.

Undeliverable Orders
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect/incomplete address, repeated delivery attempts failure, or refusal to accept delivery, we will refund the order amount after deducting forward and reverse courier charges.
